Prices are for one property up to 1000 sq ft. Larger areas are quoted proportionally.
“Assistance” refers to advisory & coordination calls up to 30 minutes per session (max 6 per plan where applicable).
Third-party fees (government charges, utility bills, vendor labour/parts, taxes) are billed at actuals.
Service windows are Mon–Sat during business hours. Emergency requests may attract a surcharge.
KYC, property docs and remote access instructions must be shared before coordination work begins.
You can upgrade anytime. The new plan is activated immediately upon payment. Depending on the remaining duration of your current plan, a pro-rated adjustment or discount may be offered at our discretion.
