Privacy Policy

How Propway collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data for website visitors, app users, customers, associates, and service partners.

Scope

Propway Assistance Limited provides property services, digital onboarding, communication, payment coordination, and support workflows for users in India and abroad. This policy applies to our website, web app, mobile app experiences, forms, WhatsApp/WATI communication, associate onboarding, referral flows, booking or consultation journeys, and support interactions.

Data we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate Propway services, respond to requests, verify identity where required, process payments, and keep service records.

  • Identity and contact details such as name, email, mobile number, address, role, and preferred communication channel.
  • Account and authentication data from Firebase/Auth, Google or Apple sign-in, device identifiers, login timestamps, and security logs.
  • Property, booking, consultation, payment, referral, and associate onboarding details supplied by you or generated during service delivery.
  • Documents, images, files, chat history, support tickets, approvals, feedback, and consent records.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, page events, diagnostics, and analytics events after applicable consent.

How we use data

We use personal data for legitimate service delivery, contractual performance, consent-based tracking, compliance, and support.

  • Create and manage user or associate accounts, service requests, bookings, consultations, referrals, and support cases.
  • Send operational updates through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp/WATI, or in-app notifications.
  • Process or reconcile Razorpay/payment-link payments, failed payments, duplicate payments, invoices, refunds, and receipts.
  • Improve website/app reliability, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain audit trails.
  • Comply with applicable Indian laws, including DPDP Act 2023 awareness, tax, accounting, KYC, consumer protection, and lawful authority requests.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed to run Propway, deliver approved services, or meet legal obligations.

  • Technology providers such as Firebase, Firestore, cloud hosting, analytics providers, email, storage, and communication tools.
  • Payment providers such as Razorpay for payment processing and payment status updates.
  • Service partners, field teams, legal or property professionals, and vendors involved in an approved service request.
  • Government authorities, courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by applicable law.

Your rights

Subject to verification and legal limits, you may request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, restriction, portability where applicable, or clarification about how your data is used. Users outside India may also have GDPR-style rights based on their location.

Retention and deletion

We retain records only as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and audit requirements. Deletion requests may be limited where retention is legally required or necessary to protect rights.

Security

We use access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, cloud security controls, audit trails, and operational review practices. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
