By accessing the website, using Propway applications, submitting forms, joining as an associate, making a payment, or communicating with Propway Assistance Limited, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Propway provides property coordination, consultation, booking, documentation support, communication, and related digital workflows. Final scope, timelines, third-party fees, and deliverables may depend on the selected service and written confirmation.
Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for accurate information, lawful instructions, and maintaining account confidentiality. Propway may refuse or pause service where information is incomplete, suspicious, unlawful, or not verifiable.
Payments and third parties
Payments may be collected through Razorpay or other approved channels. Third-party services such as legal review, vendor work, brokerage, government fees, or payment processing may be governed by separate third-party terms.
Communications
You consent to operational communication through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp/WATI, in-app messages, or other contact details you provide. Marketing communication will follow applicable consent choices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propway is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by government offices, service partners, payment providers, hosting providers, user inaction, or force majeure events.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Propway matters in India will handle disputes unless a written agreement states otherwise.
