End User License Agreement
License terms for accessing Propway web and mobile application experiences.
This policy is provided for operational implementation and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before production use.
License grant
Propway grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website, web app, and app experiences for lawful personal, customer, associate, or approved business use.
Restrictions
You must not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, disrupt, misuse, bypass security, extract source code, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or use Propway systems for unauthorized purposes.
Ownership
Propway and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, content, software, workflows, trademarks, designs, and documentation except for user-provided content and rights expressly granted by law.
Updates
We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue features to improve reliability, comply with law, or protect users. Some updates may be required for continued access.
App store terms
Where mobile app access is distributed through Apple, Google, or another app store, app-store terms may also apply in addition to this EULA.
Termination
This license ends if you breach the EULA, misuse the platform, violate acceptable use rules, or if Propway reasonably needs to suspend access for security or compliance reasons.
