This policy is provided for operational implementation and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before production use.
Allowed use
Use Propway only for lawful property, customer, associate, support, payment, and communication workflows connected to legitimate services.
Prohibited use
You must not misuse Propway systems.
- Upload illegal, false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, discriminatory, or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, credential abuse, spam, phishing, malware, or service disruption.
- Impersonate another person, submit false property or payment details, or interfere with another user.
- Use Propway to coordinate unlawful property activity, bribery, tax evasion, harassment, or rights violations.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, refuse service, preserve evidence, or report matters to authorities where required.
